          Divorce has taken a toll on you, both mentally and physically, and I can say that with certainty because it's almost impossible to go through a life event as stressful as divorce without suffering some negative physical affects.  One of the surest ways to start feeling better about yourself, is to start feeling better.  Getting back in shape, or into shape, whichever it is for you, may be the single most powerful tool you'll find for turning your outlook on life around into a more positive direction.  At this point, we're going to switch gears, turning from the financial aspects of your life, to the mental and physical aspects of things.  Our section entitled "Protect your health" is where we'll talk about mental and physical health, both during and after the divorce.
